Individual, Couple & Family Therapy

At Hope & Healing Therapy, we come alongside individuals, couples and entire families with thoughtful and personalized care as you navigate emotional distress, relational challenges, trauma, addiction, and the impact of conflict or broken trust. Together, we identify and transform the patterns that keep you stuck, drawing from evidence-based approaches like Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic frameworks. Our goal is to help you restore connection, build resilience, and move toward a thriving, values-centered life.

Grief & Loss

Grief touches every part of life, often arriving in waves that feel overwhelming, disorienting, and deeply personal. We will provide a compassionate space to process the pain of loss—whether from the sudden or anticipatory loss of a loved one, life transitions, or other significant changes. We will honor your story, gently explore the emotions that arise, and support you in making meaning, restoring a sense of steadiness, and learning how to carry your loss while continuing to move forward.

Trauma & EMDR Therapy

Healing from trauma begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and gently supported. We offer a steady, compassionate presence for those carrying the weight of complex or long-standing wounds. We understand how trauma can shape your sense of safety, identity, and connection. Using EMDR and other thoughtful, evidence-based approaches, we move at your pace—helping you gently process what feels deeply embedded so you can experience greater calm, deeper connection, and a renewed sense of wholeness.

Christian Counseling

Christian counseling offers a thoughtful integration of biblical wisdom and evidence-based therapeutic care, honoring both your emotional struggles and your relationship with God. For those who desire it, faith is not set aside in the counseling process but welcomed as an essential part of healing—shaping identity, meaning, and hope. Our therapists are seminary-trained and glad to incorporate faith-based and clinically sound approaches to support your growth, healing, and ability to thrive.

Workshops

Do you need skills and practical tools to help you manage your anxiety? Do you and your partner need exercises and worksheets to help you form new patterns? We offer periodic workshops designed to empower you immediately and to give lasting strategies for change.
